Please note:
If possible, do not return the merchandise back to us without postage paid, but also insured. We are also happy to reimburse you with the shipping costs in advance, as far as we are obliged to carry the costs for the return shipment.
Please avoid damage and contamination of the merchandise.
If possible, please return the merchandise to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all components of the packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport.
The above-mentioned modalities are not a requirement for the effective execution of the right for cancellation.
Sale of admission tickets:
The regulations for distance selling contracts (§ 312 b BGB (German Civil Code) do not come into application for the sale of admission tickets for events or concerts (recreational events), which take place at a certain time.
In this respect you are also not entitled to a right of cancellation according to § 355 BGB (German Civil Code).
With cancellation of events, Contour will reimburse you the full price of the ticket.
